Today has been a hectic day full of traveling. From delayed flights, to random security checks, to getting home three hours after our designated time, we finally made it back to America.
Coming on this trip I barely knew anyone in the class on a personal level. I don’t think Dara and I even talked up until a few weeks before we left. That being said I did not expect the trip to be what it was. Who would’ve thought within the first day my roommate would immediately become my best friend. I guess we can thank Diego for recommending we room together. #matchmadeinheaven
I can gladly say I’ve met some of the best people I know thanks to this class. The adventures we had will be stories I can tell people forever. Not only that but I’ve made some awesome friendships that will last longer than just this trip.
Once I made it back home safe, I immediately hit the bed. *Disclaimer: If anyone needs me I will be sleeping for the next several days in order to get rid of this jet lag.
England and Scotland, you were truly beautiful. Thank you for giving me a trip of a lifetime. And to my friends, if you’re reading this, I am so excited to see what future adventures we plan together. Love you all.
Until next time,
Pip-pip cheerio.
