Hey y’all!
As my first post I decided to tell you a bit about myself!
My name is Madison Kelkis and I am a public relations and advertising student at Point Park. As of summer 2019 I will be a rising junior so only two more years to go! While at school I work at Dunkin’ Donuts as well as for a fantasy character company. Basically I make coffee and dress up like a princess in my free time. It’s the good life.
When I heard this year’s media trip was going on a Beatles tour AND going to Shakespeare’s work place I knew I had to go. I mean, come on, those are two of my favorite things!
Of course I’m also excited for the more “educational” aspects of the trip too. The media visits our advisors set up for us are going to be a lot of fun and crazy informative. I think I am most excited about visiting BBC because it is the most well known, but I’m looking forward to learning about new media outlets.
I’m itching to board the plane and take you all along with me! I hope you enjoy following along on my trip to the UK!
